Evolution based on a new project. The ELLUS 3 offers more performance and comfort for ascending pilots. Our 18years experience and technology in construction of paragliders were intensely applied in this 14 months of project, involving tests, prototypes and flights.
PILOT AND BEHAVIOR DURING THE FLIGHT
ELLUS 3 has a LTF 1 -2 / EN - B homologation with more features, its inflation is easy and progressive with a positive pressure on the risers making easily feel in which phase the paraglider states.
ELLUS 3 innovates in materials and construction. A new project with higher aspect ratio, more cells and lighter materials.
The characteristic of ELLUS 3 inspire confidence making you pursue higher goals. A world of possibilities reveals itself to the pilot to expand the application of his knowledge, rising to the top of the thermals and carrying out spectacular cross country flights.

ELLUS 3 combine our technologies for performance, safety and durability.
HPAR (High Project Aspect Ratio): Higher real and projected aspect ratio within the class. Aspect ratios conceived of Real 5,53 and Projected 4,0 maximizing the stability and sustainability;
FHT (Full Hybrid Technology): Three kinds of fabric combining durability and resistance with low deformation and less weight. New lighter fabrics combining with Gelvenor OLKS; 
LCT (Laser Cut Technology): Molds and parts cut with laser equipment. High technology materials that guarantee durability and lightness to the whole set, after all a paraglider is not just fabric; 
HTM (High Tech Materials): High Tenacity Polyester webbing, Technora lines , Diax Laminates, Inox hardware.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
ELLUS 3 is innovative amongst other paragliders in its class for presenting a bigger aspect ratio. This combination between real and projected measurements results in a stable paraglider, easy to handle and with an excellent performance. Both weak and strong conditions can be enjoyed with more comfort.

FLIGHT CHARACTERISTICS
Its higher aspect ratio allows a more precise piloting both to active pilots who like to use the body, as well as to passive pilots who prefer to act using the brakes. This characteristic allows a great performance in weak and strong thermals, while stability is maintained.

Since 1991 SOL has been producing and following the evolution of materials and products. Our experience makes us choose the materials carefully, thus guaranteeing a good stability and a high safety level. All SOL paragliders are manufactured in our own plant, certified by DHV.
